Much like our black pudding, McLoughlin’s white pudding follows our traditional Irish family recipe. Our mixture of beef, pork, oatmeal and spices combined with our traditional smoking methods results in the best white pudding for your fry up.

When cooking white pudding, we suggest to slice 2-3cm thick and shallow pan fry on a high heat until crispy on both sides.
