As one of the longest operating meat suppliers in Perth, we understand what’s important to our customers. We trade 6 days a week, 52 weeks of the year from our facility in Malaga because we know the chefs and butchers we supply are always at work.
Our meats are sourced locally and interstate from a small number of producers we know and trust which are cut fresh to our orders for the day. We aim to develop long-lasting relationships with our chefs and clients, which is why household names such as C Restaurant, Sandalford Winery & Pan Pacific Hotel continue to trade with us.
We have established ourselves at our Xsqm facility in Malaga which continues to pass all HACCP requirements ensuring we adhere to strict processing certifications. Our fresh cut meats are prepared daily by a team of highly experienced butchers, who break down carcases and portion cut steaks specific to each clients needs, reducing preparation times in the kitchen. All our fresh meats are distributed in vacuum sealed packaging to maximise shelf life.
The McLoughlin’s smallgoods range includes gammon hams, bacons and sausages and are all produced on site using our jarrah-smoking cookers, giving our products their unique flavour and premium quality.

We offer a range of whole beef cuts and portion steaks that undergo optimal wet and dry ageing to ensure premium tasting quality. Our beef is MSA graded to ensure fat and marbling quality is consistent all year long. Our range features grass fed, grain fed, black angus and wagyu beef to cater for restaurants, hotels, pubs, clubs, cafes and catering companies.
We supply Linley Valley free range pork, reared in our own backyard in WA’s south west. Our wholesale pork products include back ribs, pork shoulders, whole pork belly, back fat and spit roasts.
Emerging as a growing market, chicken has become an increased focus at McLoughlin Butchers. All our crumbed chicken varieties including parmigiana, cordon bleu, kiev and schnitzels are made fresh to order and ready to cook in the kitchen.
Our lamb is always free range and hormone free, sourced from Australian farmers. We supply all wholesale cuts including french cutlets, backstraps, rumps, shoulder and leg.
Our sausages are all produced on site, using free range meats and our unique recipes we have tailored over the years. Our sausage range includes our famous Irish pork sausages, continental flavours, breakfast flavours and our blanched chipolata range. Our traditional BBQ sausages are ideal for fundraising events for schools, sporting clubs, rotary clubs and community events.
Game meat suppliers

Our fleet of trucks are all temperature controlled to ensure your produce maintains its freshness from when it leaves our site to when it’s delivered to your cool room. Unlike some meat suppliers, we employ all our metro drivers to ensure your products are well looked after on the road, arriving fresh, safe and on time. We have strong relationships with regional courier companies allowing us to service rural clients everyday.
