Porterhouse Steak

Also known as a ‘striploin steak’, porterhouse steaks are taken from the striploin and is one half of a t-bone. Porterhouse steaks are recommended for those who prefer a more lean steak, however the thin strip of fat left on the top ensures the steak still holds it’s flavour.
