Our premium free range hams are available as bone-in hams, semi-boneless champagne hams or fully boneless hams.

Irish Gammon Hams
Soaked in our traditional Irish brine, our gammon hams make for the perfect Christmas dinner, giving you a true taste of home.
Available uncooked for you to boil and bake or pre cooked for you to glaze and reheat.

Free Range Turkeys
Our free range turkeys and turkey crowns come in a range of sizes perfect for any size family.
All natural with no additives to ensure maximum flavour. Sourced from the Quast farm in Kootingal NSW.
Whole birds available 3 to 10kg sizes, crowns available 3 to 7kg sizes. Be sure to order early as these will sell out!
Boneless Turkey Breast Rolls
Our boneless turkey breast rolls are always a hit with our customers.
Available cooked or uncooked, plain or filled with homemade seasoning.
Size ranges include a medium 1.8kg, large 2.2kg and x-large 3kg (all approx).
Specialty Sides
All the big ticket items are available to order, including sage and onion stuffing trays and pigs in blankets. Turkey gravy will be available last week of December.
Free Range Pork
All our pork is free range and sourced from local WA farmers, ensuring best quality and taste.
Available this year we have our famous Italian-style porchetta roast, plus tender scotch and crackle roasts.
Margaret River Wagyu
Our popular wagyu weber roasts are back in 2kg or 4kg pieces.
Easy Carve Lamb Legs
Sourced from WA, these lamb roasts have the shank bone left at the top to hold and are boneless the rest of the way through. A real centrepiece!
Free Range Chicken Rolls
Lots of requests for these – 2kg size chicken rolls from Lilydale farms, netted and filled with sage and onion seasoning.
