Our signature christmas hams are produced using Australian pork legs. We leave our pork legs soaking overnight in our McLoughlin’s brine and triple smoke each leg over jarrah wood chips for the fullest flavour. Our champagne hams are semi boneless, with only the knuckle bone left at the top for your convenience which ensures they can be easily carved for your Christmas dinner.
We offer a split champagne ham to our customers with smaller families, where we simply cut the ham lengthways. This ensures you still have the knuckle bone to hold when carving and are able to prepare and glaze as you would for a full size ham. Although sold as a Christmas ham, these are available to order all year round and make the perfect main for family events and celebrations.
