Our butterflied chickens come in a variety of marinades and couldn’t be easier to cook. Unlike a traditional roast chicken, the legs for a butterflied chicken are exposed to a higher heat, allowing them to cook a little faster than the breast. This results in a juicer all-round roast and crispier skin on the chicken.
For the perfect butterfly chicken, simply pop in the oven for around 40-45 minutes at 220°C. Cook until an internal temperature of 65°C is achieved or until browned on the outside with the juices running clear.
